"While there were a few minor maintenance issues with our room (some of the power outlets were not working, refrigerator door wouldn’t shut, hotel wifi cut out), the staff were so responsive and had it all fixed by the very next day. Amazing responsiveness and politeness. The location of the hotel was way above expectation. Quiet area but only a short walk to Myeongdong Market. For our family’s first visit to Seoul, it was perfect. "

Overall, it is excellent to stay!!!

"We are so enjoyable to stay in this hotel. In particular, we would like to express our gratitudes to the kindness of the staffs, the quick response to problems, and the ability to work. And there is a cultural space around the hotel and the park is close, so it is leisurely, abundant, and safe. It is highly recommended because it is a good place to enjoy a vacation in the city when you need a rest after an exhausting flight."
