「Sara at reception was amazing with assisting me. The rest of the team were all welcoming and friendly. The hotel was quiet and convenient to the down town area.」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「Beautiful view of the beach, room was a bit tired, you could tell they were working on improving them. Comfortable enough and in a great location. Although sold as a serviced apartment it’s important to note that the apartments are clearly only serviced on the weekend so if you are staying Saturday to Saturday ensure you plan to accommodate clean towels etc, there is a washing machine.」
