「Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Alpine Views I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely tidy and well-maintained, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. 「Wonderful hotel a little bit of drive off beaten path. What a gem to find! We were so high in the Alps that we could watch the clouds go by from our bed! Fantastic place not to be missed! Trolly to get to the bottom of mountain where the boat will take you to different little towns!」

「The property is situated about 15 to 20 minutes drive from Luzern . The view is beautiful. Our room was.small but very cozy. The restaurant next door is very good. Breakfast was included, so that's a plus. It has a very relax atmosphere. We enjoyed the place. Will definitely come back to stay here again. I find though Switzerland is a very expensive place to visit.」

「I went to Engelberg for a restful weekend of walking and was very happy with my stay. From arrival to departure the ladies who operate the hotel were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, and they are well stocked with comforts like snacks and wine (very fairly priced too!) for late night goodies. I would recommend them and hope to stay again another time.」

「酒店職員友善，房間整潔乾淨。雖然酒店較為古典，但房間設有露台，正向著湖景，風景優美，十分舒適。 由琉森火車站轉乘巴士，在Casino-palace站下車，大概8分鐘車程。但落車後步行到酒店大堂，要先經過長斜路和樓梯，如攜帶大型或多件行李的旅客，就要做好心理準備。」
