Amazing time!

The place is amazing. The nature is present all aound the resort. The employees are so friendly, always with a big smile for us. The food are incredible delicious and a lot of options/ variety to our choice.

Banheiro vazando água e não resolveram durante a estadia. Falaram que ia resolver, que ia trocar de quarto e ninguém nunca concluía. Ficou só nas palavras. Interfone não funcionava. Tive quer ir na recepcão por dois dias para reabastecerem o frigobar com água, porque falavam que iam repor e nunca chegava ninguém. Na ultima vez disse q só ia para quarto quando agua estivesse lá.

Surpreendente

Minha esposa é deficiente visual e ao chegar no quarto teria que subir um andar e ela comentou que gostaria que fosse em baixo. O carregador de malas willian escutou e relatou ao supervisor França imediatamente entrou em contato e nos transferiu a um chalé mais perto . Gostaria também de relatar sobre as refeições e os bares do resort. Além de excelente qualidade e atendimento, tem vários pontos de bares e refeições.A praia é ótima para caminhar.

Resort agradável.

O resort é muito agradável e bem cuidado. O quarto é confortável e tem estrutura de lazer muito boa, comida boa com cardápio variados. O ruim é que as piscinas não são aquecidas, pois tem dias de chuvas que dariam pra aproveitar mais. Funcionários atenciosos... Tivemos um incidente de segurança, deixamos uma camiseta na espreguiçadeira em frente a piscina de borda infinita e quando voltamos ela não estava mais lá, reportei para o resort e nada de resolver.

Foi ótima, boa estrutura para crianças. Achei o espaço fantástico e a equipe muito boa. Unico ponto é que meu cabelo voltou esverdeado da piscina e também senti que a comida apesar de muita variedade não tinha muito legume.

Foi maravilhosa nossa primeira vez nesse resort cana brava, a começar pela receptividade de todos os funcionários, o chalé, a limpeza, comida , tudo muito bom. Fomos só o casal, mas queremos voltar com todas a família, porque é um resort que proporciona diversão para adultos e crianças. E o mais legal é que, como estávamos comemorando bodas, o chalé foi decorado para a data especial.

Fuja do Cana Brava

Foi uma viagem em família, meus pais minha esposa e meu filho. Porem o resort pecou no atendimento. É pessimo. Ja fiquei em varios resorts no Brasil, mas o Cana Brava fez questão se ser o pior disparado no quesito atendimento. E quando digo a atendimento me refiro exclusivamente a recepção do hotel, tanto do checkin como principalmente do checkout. Infelizmente tive o desprazer de encerrar minha ferias sendo chamado de lado para “acertar” o almoço do ultimo dia visto que ao fazer o checkout vc nao pode mais utilizar nada do hotel. Ate entendo as regras do hotel, mas o que deixa mais chateado foi a falta de comunicação dos funcionários da recepção. No mesmo dia do checkout procurei a recepção e solicitei um late checkout porem fui infomado q nao seria possivel devido a grande ocupação do hotel, porem ao mesmo tempo solicitei se poderia almocar no hotel apos o checkout e fui informado que nao teria problema nenhum. Porem pra minha surpresa fui abordado na saida do hotel pois tinha q “acertar” o almoco de todos. Mais uma vez reitero que o atendimento de um resort “all inclusive” como o Cana Brava em que paguei mais de 3 mil por apenas um dia é péssimo, horrivel, lastimável. Ninguem informa nada, todos parecem perdidos e ser educação nenhuma. Podem ter certeza que o meu dinheiro eles nunca mais verão nem das pessoas que me perguntarem. Hotel precisa se modernizar urgentemente, quartos velhos e sem manutenção, banheiros sem barras de proteção, comida todos os dias tem o mesmo gost

A estadia foi mediana, muito intransigente na recepção, depois na próximas conversas com insistência melhora a comunicação, deve haver uma conversa e atenção mais cordial a um hóspede que não paga preço irrisório. A atende falou para eu deixar minhas malas e qualquer lugar na recepção, sendo que tinha uma sala de malas, eu vi e questionei, após isso colocou na sala. Tem marcas de bebidas , mas sempre acabava no bar da piscina, sempre tendo que ir em outro bar mais distante
