「The establishment is clean and well kept. I stayed for one night. There are 6 beds in each room and there is a little cabinet by each bed where you can store a back pack. I appreciate that they try to spread the guests over multiple rooms when they are not overbooked, so even though there were several guests staying, I shared the room with only one other person. 「The location was spectacularly close to some of the main cultural sites of Évora. All were easily walkable, usually within minutes, and that included restaurants, as well as historical sites. The absolute best thing about the hotel were the staff. Flawlessly professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant recommendations and reservations were handled with aplomb. I’d never seen a 10.0 rating before. They certainly met that standard for me.」

「Feels like living in a historic bldg (built in 1500) with frescos and plaster walls and high ceilings. Situated in center old town close to cathedral and Roman ruins. Plenty of shops and restos nearby. Breakfast was fabulous. Rooms were fairly spacious and bidets in bathroom. Have to pay for parking 」

「This is a really nice property in Évora, with walking distance to the main attractions, some nice restaurants around as well as a small grocery store where you can get breakfast. They have a swimming pool which is money in Evora hot days. Recommended!」
