At check‑in, they walked me through the history of the building and the extensive renovation they undertook themselves. The rooms were spotless, beautifully appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The property sits in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet it’s only about a 15‑minute drive to Vitoria.」

「El lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio, las camas muy cómodas y el dueño del lugar muy amable, cuenta con buen espacio para dejar el auto y el paisaje de los alrededores es de foto. 「Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de...
