"Very nice hotel in a convenient location to Roma Termini. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were efficient, professional, and polite throughout our stay. We enquired about a paid room upgrade on arrival, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. We also discovered that the basin taps in our bathroom were not functioning correctly. To their credit, the staff immediately offered to move us to another room the following day and handled the change efficiently and without any fuss. Thank you to the team for resolving the issue so promptly. If you are considering staying here, my advice is simple: book one of the rooms overlooking the central courtyard garden. It is well worth the additional cost. We were travelling as a group of four and the other couple in our party stayed in an Executive Double overlooking the garden, while we stayed in a Superior Double. To be honest, we were a little jealous! The garden views are beautiful, the setting is peaceful, and the rooms feel that much more special. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room sizes were generous by European city standards. While the hotel is undoubtedly showing its age and could benefit from some refurbishment, this did not detract from our stay at all. In many ways, the hotel’s character, charm, and nostalgic atmosphere are part of its appeal. It feels like stepping back into a more elegant era of travel. The standout feature, however, is the location. It is 10/10"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is fabulous. We had a fantastic view of the pantheon and walked everywhere easily from the hotel. Our room was clean and functional. The hotel has a set of stairs to get to the small lift and these could use an update. The stairs are stained and worn and during the day have cleaning supplies for the housekeeping staff strewn on them. Small changes to this area would go a long way in improving the hotels visuals for guests. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. However lacked advice for places to eat or visit outside of the usual tourist areas. Breakfast is at a restaurant nearby and was at most okay."

"Charming historic hotel with amazing italian achitecture. The old hotel lay out isnt perfect regarding room lay out and there are few electric sockets which also has an off non eu standard type. The rooms are are letting some noice in. The roof top bar give you an extraordinary view over Rome which to a large extent lack tall buildings. The hotel is very near Roma T railway station and airport trains which is useful."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Nazionale. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful. The location was perfect for ur plans. The only downside was the noise from people on the street at night, which we could hear from our room. But other than that, everything was perfect."
