「Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc....

「A nice and Central place in Riga, just only 10 mins walk to the town. A quiet apartment without much disturt, l've done my self check-in and self check-out.」

「整體來說都很好，乾淨整齊，開放式廚房設備廚具齊全，但是洗碗布只有一個很小的，不能抹碗，最失敗。睡床太軟，睡得不舒服。優點就是公寓內有獨立Sauna ，很方便，但是浴室內的浴門不能完全關閉，洗澡時水會外洩，弄濕地面，這是缺點。公寓內沒有洗衣機，也是缺點。」

「Centralt och bekvämt, alla i familjen älskade denna lägenheten. Gångavstånd till allt och bra kommunikationer direkt när man kommer ut från gården. 」

「Det var som udgangspunkt en fin lejlighed, den ligger ved en stor indfaldsvej, meget trafik især var det frustrerende at motorcykler brugte vejen som racerbane. At bussernes kabler var fastgjort på husmuren så hele lejligheden rystede hver gang en at de busser kørte forbi. Rengøringen lod en del tilbage at ønske - gulvene var beskidte og bruseforhænget var muggen. Selve lejligheden femstod lidt slidt og nusset. 」

「Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. Der Geruch als deutliche Mischung von billigem Putzmittel und Menschlichem empfängt und begleitet den Gast. Alle Möbel, Wäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher sind geprägt von...

「The stay was great. The location, the comfort and the safe area was all great. The communication with the owner was great and they even let us check in 3 hours earlier than planned. Recommended. 」

「Superb communications with host. Fair walk into the old town but on a trolley bus route. Very secure and quiet location.」
