The hotel was great. The only thin I missed was the pool not being open when other hotels had there's open and there was only one choice for the evening to dine. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The Photos showed a Refrigerator in the Room, there was no fridge or minibar. Also the air conditioner was on Heat Only, and it was Very hot in the room!

Since the air conditioner is a central control system, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by heating due to the low temperature due to the change of seasons. The refrigerator is also in the drawer that comes out when the sliding door is closed, so I think it was inconvenient to use. mostly comfortable, but still poorly designed
--this is probably the best place in Iksan; it's generally quite nice and comfortable --but there was some crazy design involving the bathroom door; I don't blame you, dear reader, if you think this is unbelievable, but the bathroom door (a large sliding panel) is designed in such a way that only way to open the room fridge (or access the kettle immediately above the fridge) is to keep the bathroom door open (and conversely, if you want to enter the bathroom, the fridge must be closed, and you cannot access the kettle area). this is because of where the fridge door swings open (the kettle is an alcove above the fridge), and where the bathroom door slides. so, there were some eventful acrobatics, moving back and forth between the fridge/kettle area and the bathroom. strange. --there is a convenient bus stop outside the hotel (for getting to the train station and the Baekje historic sites -- it's not really walking distance to the station), but you won't want to stay in the hotel neighborhood, as it is right next to an industrial park.

Very disappointing
I do understand how difficult to maintain especially during the COVID-19 crisis. Less customers & lots empty rooms. But cleaning the room is important issues. Hairs found on bed & room. Safety box was not working. Offered change room makes 2 stars instead of 1 star

Not worth the money & value at all
First impression was big the size of hotel in small city but there's no service. Room was quite small with hairs here and there even in the bedding but my wife was refused to request changes room since everything was unpacked. Later, I discovered safety box in the room was not functioning. Location was good but recommended to find motel much better than this hotel. I had no choice to stayed 2 nights due to business. It's not worth the money & value at all

익산 거의 유일의 괜찮은 호텔
익산 갈 때마다 자주 이용하는 호텔입니다. 전반적으로 다 만족스러우나 이번엔 냉난방기 필터 쪽에 먼지가 너무 많아서 틀기가 꺼려졌습니다. 이 부분만 개선된다면 다른 불만은 전혀 없습니다.

토요일 늦은 시간 체크인 하여 붐비지는 않았고, 주차도 편하게 할 수 있었습니다. 체크인시 화장실 미닫이 문에 대한 안내를 꼼꼼히 잘 해주셔서 주의하여 사용했습니다. 방 올라가보고 아이들이 있다면 진짜 조심해야겠다고 생각했어요. 룸 컨디션은 좋았지만 화장실냄새가 약간 남아있었고, 머무는 동안 내내 사라지지 않았어요.. 살짝 아쉬웠던 부분입니다.. 그리고 새벽에 건물 외부인지 어디선가 소음이 있었는데 포스팅들을 찾아보니 그게 히터 가동하는 소리라더군요. 그래도 중간에 멈춰서 다행히 잘 잤습니다. 침구는 청결했고 매트리스는 푹신하고 편안했으나 자다 보니 일행도 저도 왜인지 살짝 허리가 아팠네요. 저는 10층객실에 묵었는데 아침에 일어나니 날씨가 좋아서 배산까지 보였네요. 기분 좋은 주말을 보내고 왔습니다.ㅎ 다음에 또 방문할게요.

너무편안하게 잘있다왔어요..
아이병원때문에 하루 머물게된 호텔인데.. 직원분들도 친절하시고... 깔끔해요 아이와 가기 강추드려요 단지.. 어린아이들 예를들어12개월이후 아이들은 많이 뒹글거리면서 자기때문에 침대가드 필요합니다 구비해놓으시면 가족단위로 오기 좋을듯합니다. 저는 그게 조금 아쉬웠답니다.. 그래서 온돌방으로 변경해서 숙박했어요..
