"I actually didn’t stay here, still waiting on a refund from there after such a horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I actually would, I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life. To the owner of the Atrium if you’re not careful the managers you hired would ruin your business. I booked my room on November 10th for November 14th and when I arrived the lady at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about (it wasn’t her fault but the two unprofessional managers Mr Promise and Mr Alex put the blame on her). As for vivian the lady responsible for checking all your Expedia bookings as far as I am concerned is inefficient, silly and should not be in charge of anything , because after arriving from an international flight, I sat in the lobby for over an hour and they could not proffer any results. Mr Alex’s response to all of this was to bump me to another room and that I should pay the extra amount for what i didn’t request for. This is not my first time at your hotel but this would be the last time. If you want good service please avoid the Atrium hotel, they’re not dependable and they would leave you stranded, without a plan and ask you to pay for their mistake. Avoid at all cost! "

"Greywood hotels is a lovely place to be. Great and accommodating staff, very clean and safe environment, affordable sumptuous meals. It’s quite a recommendable place. I would say it’s really a home from home. Thumbs up to the management team and staff."

"The hotel is lovely and modern. The rooms are big. The breakfast is terrible and it’s available for 1 person even if you book the room for two people. The breakfast was so poor, I mean 3 slice of bread, egg and a sachet of chocolate drink and milk. Another option is custard and Akara, I don’t think these breakfast options are suitable for someone with a longer duration of stay."

"I’m sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove can’t fit two pots at a time so you can only use one at a time. No iron, one towel, no bath mat drain flies everywhere, fitted sheet and comforter only on the bed. Just not good "
