Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. WiFi did not work and the process to access it was cumbersome. The staff, while they tried, were not able to assist, ultimately, I was able to access it in the lobby, barely but lost it as I went to my room.
