"The rooms are very close to the hotel beach bar/club and they play music very loud, until 4am on our first night (last night of carnival) and 1am on other nights. It starts again at 10am in the morning so if you’d like to join the club 18-30 experience drinking around the pool while listening to thudding bass all day then this might be the place for you. If you’d like it a little quieter and with a basic level of competence (we had to chase for room cleaning, including emptying the open top toilet bin, they seem to regard it as an extra) then don’t stay here. We would have left after the first night if it was refundable. Hotel looks stylish, though rooms are small, location is great (right on the beach) and staff friendly- no mean feat given the number of guests furiously complaining each day. but there are much better options nearby."

However, we are incredibly grateful to the wonderful owners, who were so kind and accommodating - they quickly found us a safe and comfortable alternative. We wholeheartedly recommend staying there and working with these gracious hosts!"
