"This is the best place to stay after busy and loud crowds of the city. Alfonso is the most gracious of hosts and has built a beautiful home with six guest rooms that each have their own bathrooms, all situated around an inner courtyard. "Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, huge amount of choice, omelettes made fresh for you, barista coffee, bacon, sausage, large selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, freshly squeezed fruit juice and more besides. The pool was a delight, and a good size - open 'til 10pm when we were there, you may well have it all to yourself for an evening swim. Some guests had a habit of putting down towels on sun loungers and disappearing for hours, preventing them from being used - but this isn't the hotel's fault. The service was excellent, really accommodating, allowing for early check-in/ late check out subject to availability. The hotel also provided a wonderful birthday surprise for my husband which was really special and much appreciated. It's a 20 minute walk into the centre, which wasn't a problem for us, and well worth it for the hotel. Thank you for such a lovely stay!"
