A very good hotel if you plan to stay in Iga ... kind of wish we would have stayed a few days instead of just 1. The room was large and nice. Will visit again in the future.

The hotel is big and easy to find due its unique shape and signage. Room was clean but simple. Black out curtains were helpful. Free breakfast was nice but not our. breakfast style ( Japanese only). Free coffee was good- nice machines. Staff were very helpful when we asked for English instructions on how to operate AC. Hotel seemed at low occupancy.

ウェルカムドリンクが嬉しかった（生ビール） コンビニが近くにないので少し注意 隣の部屋の咳や話し声がよく聞こえる程度（声が大きい人だったと思うが、、、） その他はとても良いホテルかと思います

全体的に良かったです。朝食、美味しかったですし、ウエルカムビールも最&高でした。この季節にはありがたかったです。大浴場が停止していたのは残念でしたが、また復活することを祈ります。快適に過ごせました。

大浴場は修理したほうが良い。

大浴場を楽しみに選んだが、ボイラーが壊れたままの状態で修理していない事がとても残念です。 食事の量はとても満足ですが、味を改善した方が宿泊客からは好評に成ると思います。

　部屋の冷蔵庫のスイッチが入ったり切れたりするのだが、入った時の音がうるさくて夜中に何度も目が覚めた。これは宿泊施設としては最悪だと思う。 　それと、朝食が隣の「すき家」のフレックスホテル用の定食メニューだったのにも少し驚いたし、選択肢が少なすぎる気がした。 　まあ、宿泊料金が６，０００円（税込み）と安いので仕方がないかもしれないが・・・
