「The room was clean, the staff was friendly, it was easy to navigate through the hotel and apartment areas.」

「Bed was an open couch, not comfortable at all. Also shower drain did not work, bathroom was wet and needed manual draining. Lights outside stay on until 1:30am, keeped me up with the light」

「There is no pool ,other residents thought there was one aswell but told by every one there ,no pool onsite we ended up going swimming out which was expensive but worth it also ,apartment was amazing perfect for family's enjoyed our stay on」

「Kommunikointi oli hidasta ja siitä puuttui olellista tietoa. Sisään kirjautuessa sain portin koodin ja asunnon avaimen, mutta talon oven koodi jäi saamatta. Huomasin kun seuraavana päivänä palatessani talolle. Laitoin viestiä asiasta ja siihen ei reagoitu, onneksi yksi asukkaista tuli ulos ja antoi ovikoodi pyydettyäni. Pyyhkeet oli likaisia, mahdollisia ruostetahroja. Asunnossa oli hyönteisiä, ikkuna ollut auki. Lattiat natisevat, kuulee kun muut asiakkaan tulevat ja menevät. Astioita oli...

「The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome....
