「Great service with clean room was perfect location for the hospital nearby. Friendly staff.」

「Very nice place for your family enjoy the beutiful scenery and relax」

「Walls of room were dirty. Room smelt stuffy and of mothballs. Bathroom stank of bleach and commercial toilet pellets. No bath mat and slippery tiles. AC wasn't working. Only a small part of the food menu was available and it was a 40 minute drive to the town. We requested cutlery, not supplied. Pepsi was warm as the kitchen fridge had been turned off. At breakfast, as westerners, we requested fried eggs on toast. Despite showing pictures of what we were and asking for, by the third attempt we...

「Beautiful views form the room's balcony. Large room, looks exactly like the photos even with a seating area and fridge plus a huge bathroom. Staff were very helpful and lovely food. Large choice for evening meal and huge breakfast self service buffet」

「Lovely and attentive staff but room amenities were substandard for a presumed 5 star hotel . 」

「What a beautiful place to stay high up in the mountains surrounded by nature. It was bliss! Thank you to Siju who looked after us so well」

「Great Experience」

「Nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom could be made more plush..very basic feel. Food a challenge especially for vegetarians. Stayed for two nights. 」

「Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted.」

「Wonderful staff, beautiful location, they take care of guests so well. Big 5 stars and excellent 👌」

「The staff was very very helpful, They actually helped us to navigate from city places and guide us. They help us get bike and can at very end moment. This is very good place to stay, We would definitely recommend for families couples. Special Thanks to Eldhose and Anand for their explicit service.」
