New hotel so it was very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. The room has a kitchenette but NO dishes, silverware, pots, pans. Close to several restaurants, shopping and the snake river. I would stay again

Although our hotels have kitchenettes we are unable to provide dishes and silverware due to the fact we don't have dishwashers to sanitize dishes in between guests. Great motel, modern and clean. The parking is rather limited if you have a trailer other than the muddy field. I found it humorous that the first room I was given was the same one I had stayed in a week before and hadn’t been cleaned since. Desk clerk gave me a clean room and was professional throughout.

New property. Clean. People with pets should always be on ground floor! ALWAYS!! That way pets do not pose problem with other guest in passing in hallways. Or being on the elevator with others, especially children! The room was Noisy! Fridge was very loud running. The bathroom tube water spout was lose in the wall. You were charged the minute the reservation was made! This was wrong travel plans can always change. Charging two weeks ahead of arrival is not right. Deadline on a cancel is much better!

We completely agree with pets being on the first floor but sometimes due to occupancy demands, we can't always accommodate that. We try our best though. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

My stay was ok. Room was clean but the front desk people in the afternoon check in weren't very friendly. Also I thought it was strange that if you get snacks, you have to pay for them instead of charging to room even tho they ask for a card when you check in. I asked front desk person why and he said didn't know. For being a brand new motel, this place isn't that great.

We stayed here spring 2024. This hotel is new, staff is friendly and efficient, and the room spacious. The small kitchenette with a full refrigerator, sink, microwave and hot plate was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. There are a variety of restaurants and a nice walking path very nearby. It’s a short drive off the freeway in an upcoming area. I would rate our stay a 10 .

Great, convenient location. Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Only complaint is that the rooms are kitchenettes, but nothing is provided in the way of dishes, utensils or pots/pans. Also, no coffee in the room. There's a coffee maker, but no filters. You can go to the lobby for coffee, but we like to make it in our room. It's doubtful that anyone takes advantage of the ability to prepare/eat meals in the room...who travels with kitchen provisions?

Super noisy, right next to the highway. Even with fan on max speed in the room the road noise was really loud. Couldn't sleep well from the constant traffic noise and engine brakes from big trucks all through the night.

I liked that they had a fridge and microwave in the room. Very convenient. It is also very new and everything looks clean and fresh. Dislikes were how you could hear people in the hall talking. The walls are just thin. People above your room and below. It may just be all hotels but room 210 is super bad because it is right next to the elevator. Dislikes...

Brand new hotel everything crisp and new. Check in was easy and pleasant as was check out. Only stayed one night but would stay again if I was in the area. Lobby had lots of choices for self serve microwaveable food. Pleasant staff on front desk.

Property was very clean. They only have 1 elevator. That was not an issue during my stay however if the facility was at capacity it could be an issue. They do have onsite laundry. The machines only take quarters. They do not have a change machine. The other helpful thing would be to sell laundry detergent there for one time use. Otherwise everything else including the price was great. Will certainly stay again.

This was my first experience with "My Place." It was clean, casual and inviting. I loved that there was a kitchen in the room, I was quite surprised to see a full sized fridge and even a stove. Breakfast is not included, but they have an option for an extra charge to bring food to your room. I thought the decor was clean and modern. I would happily stay there again.

Everything about check-in was excellent. Staff was friendly/very pleasant and helpful…EXCEPT when obtaining a room with a kitchenette one would think that dishes and eating utensils would be in the room. We heated up the frozen dinner we brought, opened the cabinets and drawers and NOTHING. No warning when we checked in, no heads up before we went to the local Walmart and because after being informed we had to purchase plates and eating utensils no paper products were available. Had this information been provided when I made reservations I would have brought my own. I found it a weaselly thing to do. Staff was great but policy was less than stellar.
