「Some of the front counter staff were rude. The hotel was freezing and several people were complaining. Not enough elevators to handle the amount of traffic in peak season. Breakfasts and happy hour food was rotated every day for three days and then rotated over again. If you’re there for more than three days you may be disappointed. 「Overall mostly clean, however shower needed cleaning and sink was also dirty. Didn’t have enough towels in room for 3 people when checking in or even when maid serviced room yet the room booked sleeps 3. Also didn’t have sheets in room for pull out trundled as mentioned they would be in closet but were missing. Breakfast was gross. Period. The sausage tasted like chemicals and the potatoes were bland and undercooked. Scrambled eggs were ok but were bland and there was no salt or pepper...
