「Great hosts great service great pkace to stay」

「The room was lovely though the walls were a bit thin and I could hear the neighbours TV. The floors of the upstairs rooms were a bit squeaky but it was a fairly rustic building so to be expected. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The kitchens were out of order but they provided a superb continental breakfast.」

「Good parking, clean room, towels and linen. Tower fan in room was appreciated during the recent heatwave. Lovely cool breeze from the lake from 9pm onwards which was a relief after the heat of the day. Stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised that the room was refreshed in the morning, including 2 bottles of water, again much appreciated as was the fridge. I took my own food but there is a microwave and communal crockery and cutlery, including wine glasses. 3rd visit and enjoyable every...

「Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice.」
