  • Looking up to Dalt Vila (Ibiza Old Town) from the port. The Dalt Vila was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999 and it is absolutely stunning! Sensible shoes are a must and it is very much worth a visit if you are lucky enough to be on the beautiful island of Ibiza. This was my first visit to the island, May 2019 and it won’t be my last! The Spanish people are so friendly and welcoming and the weather was perfect ☀️ wonderful, chilled out atmosphere and not at all just a place to go clubbing, Ibiza is so much more than that! 🇪🇸

The hotel is little aside of Figueretas but still location is convenient with supermarkets close by. The room and amenities are average but don't expect to rest in a quiet atmosphere as music starts loud in the morning around the swimming pool till the evening! Also, we had to leave 2 days earlier due to a medical issue with my husband but the hotel refused to refund us the 2 last nights...or even make a commercial gesture... Disappointing of the support in such situation 👎

Probably wouldn’t stay again, unless rooms redone

Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The bathrooms were visibly mouldy which could be smelt through the entire room. Tried to open balcony door to air room but due to heat needed to close it. Also had staff enter room in the mornings before specified “cleaning time”, as well as on the morning we were due to check out. I was in the shower, my husband still in bed. Vibe around pool was fun and good area to stay in (a little quieter then the main part of Ibiza)

The staff were a bit.. not very nice and keen (until the last day we met a receptionist who was very promising and booked a cab for us, she was the best staff we had met there). The room was not clean enough. The holder for the shower head was ridiculously tall, which I couldn’t reach. The kettle was awful with rust and some sediment inside, which I didn’t dare to use. Couldn't close the toilet door tightly. It seems everything was with dust and the furniture were too old. I didn’t feel too comfortable at the hotel. Could easily hear people talking next door. No privacy between balconies. Also there was EDM playing around the pool since 10 or 11am. The most insufferable thing was we had booked a triple room but there were only 2 blankets inside the closet... however the phone was out of order (not completely), we had to call like 50 times until we could press the button to reach the reception to ask for the missing blanket which never arrived. But we failed to call using that damn phone again so my friend had to walk down to the reception in the midnight to ask… Nice thing was, they had iron and ironing board in the room which I really appreciated. But it felt dirty so I didn’t use it. There was also a little kitchen and utensils for you to cook. A bit surprised though. Very close to the coastline and beach where many restaurants nearby. A supermarket is next to the hotel as well.
