Un-informed front desk.

The maître D could not figure out how to order a taxi to the airport that is 2 miles away and pay with credit card. I get that most of this stuff is paid in cash, but there were taxes that took credit card. As a hotel front desk, they should have this function down.

Convenient Stay – But Skip the Restaurant

It’s super close to the airport, the rooms are new, clean, spacious, and really comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at reception were kind and helpful. But the restaurant? We waited for a long time for a simple salad, got the water we asked for only after the bill came, and honestly felt like we were annoying them just by being there. One of the servers did try to make up for it, but the girl behind the bar couldn’t have been less interested in helping — and clearly wasn’t thrilled we didn’t speak Russian. The vibe was very much “your existence is an inconvenience for me.” Also, if you're thinking of ordering the falafel and hummus — it’s literally just two falafels and a blob of okay-ish hummus. Bottom line: solid hotel for the night, but eat elsewhere.

We stay August 2-3, 2026. Front desk work very fast. Room very clean and fresh smells. Breakfast outstanding health food. Coffee bar have 4-5 kings coffee, 4-5 kinds milk, 4-5 different breads, fresh fruits and dehydrated fruits, jeem natural Moldova fruits, yams, kids food, meat and fish bar outstanding, and off course national Moldova wine high quality, we have red Cabernet Sauvignon is testing like fresh morning breeze.

I stayed here for one night before my flight because I just wanted a few hours of rest, but honestly I was disappointed. I accidentally bought the $20 breakfast before realizing my flight was in the middle of the night. My mistake, but I asked if they could either refund it or let me use that amount toward dinner instead. They said no, but offered a breakfast box. I asked what was inside and explained I don’t eat most of those things. I even asked if they could just replace some of it with two boiled eggs. At first they said no, then said they would try. When I picked it up at 1 a.m., there were no eggs. The sandwich was okay, but the muffin was so dry and hard I couldn’t even eat it. Definitely not worth $20. The room wasn’t great either. I was in room 210, right next to the massage room. There were people talking, laughing, and slamming doors late at night. There was even a bench outside my door where people were sitting waiting, so it was anything but quiet. I booked the hotel just to get some sleep before my flight, and instead I couldn’t really rest. The good thing, you can see hotel is new and clean, i requested pillowcase and the cleaning lady brought it to me shortly after my request. But on top of everything, there were mosquitoes in the room. I spent forever trying to catch them and still ended up with around 10 mosquito bites. Overall, I expected much better service. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a little flexibility and a quiet room before an o

I had a valid hotel room reservation, but they refused to check me in because they claimed the booking had been canceled. However, the reservation was still active. The hotel made mistakes and did not want to admit them. They kept giving different reasons that were not true. After a small argument, they finally checked me in.
