"Clean warm quiet room but small with shower in the toilet and sink in the room. No working space. Great location ok for 1-2 nights"

"The hotel is outdated. The bathrooms need renovation. The balcony was dirty and full of bird droppings. The beds were very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The rooms were filled with all the noise from the hallway because the doors were gaping. At night, you could hear the screams of people returning from a party, which made it difficult to sleep."

"We stayed here in February for 7 days. The rooftop was closed all week (we had to request to go up and sit which was met with unhappy responses, even on not windy days), the pool was closed (out of season I guess, however it was no larger than a bathtub anyway, and we slept terribly the entire week due to constant noise inside and out. The room was nice, but the shower leaked all over floor everytime we used it and we had constant running water above us when the loos and showers were operating in other rooms, 24/7 keeping us awake. What a lovely sound to hear in the night of your neighbours above flushing the loo and the gushing water going across your ceiling! We were looking forward to staying here after the reviews but very dissapointed for what we paid and expected. Staff were not bothered about our experience and never asked when we checked out. "

"Apartment was great. Good view from balcony, kitchen really well stocked with equipment. Less than 5 minute walk to both the beach and the tram into Alicante. Staff were really helpful."
