Nice place to stay. Close to city centre & public transport.

Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka.

The breakfast buffet was adequate and the cafe tickets were nice for an afternoon snack . Obviously, the best aspect of the hotel was location on Citywalk and next to Universal, even though it was a bit far fo\rom the city central

Everything about this property was great - good location to all sorts of attractions and foods. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We wish the hotel had a more filling breakfast option but there were several spots nearby that we were able to explore at that time so it worked out. Beautiful views of the canal and sakura from our room. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our family of 5. It was modern and clean. We arrived early and when it was time to check in our bags were already in the room. The staff were friendly. There was a washing machine in the room which was a bonus. The accommodation was close to transport. Would highly recommend.
