"The free breakfast was hideous. They have a lobby cafe with a beautiful view but it's unused. Shame that the free breakfast was in a windowless basement with industrial type food.. The bedding was thin and inadequate. Terrific and the best location on the US side of the Falls. It is the closest hotel to the park and Falls. Shame it does not live up to its location."

"The food was the same everyday no change or anything. It was always eggs, sausage and pancakes. There was this lady that I felt everyone hated she always had an attitude with everyone there. She was the reason I felt many hated breakfast buffet. She always was rude like she was in some hurry. I loved the guy that worked in the kitchen, he seemed friendly. The room was nice. It was supposed to be clean on the third day, it never did get clean. When I called to asked the front, they said oh well did you ask to have it cleaned, I was like yes I did because I had garbage to throw out. She gave me two big garbage bags and told me just to put the garbage outside my door. The phones in the hotel were awful to the point where the lady had to tell me to go downstairs to talk. The internet was awful awful and the tv kept glitching. Nothing worked for long. The only thing I really loved about the hotel was the pool hours. It was opened to 10pm and my son and I would take advantage of it. "

"Clean room! Beautiful pool! I’ve stayed here a couple times and I enjoy it each time! "

"It’s a great hotel. It’s clean and spacious. The bathroom was out of shampoo/conditioner so we had to go down to get it. The restaurant is horrible for breakfast. They took 30-40 mins to bring food and the quality of food was 1/5. Happy hr was nice. "

"Si era fresco el desayuno , la gente de este hotel muy amable. En principio el bus nos dejó en otro confort inn y no era y la señora muy grosera nos dejó hablando hay y nos ignoró porque no era , pero era la misma cadena de hotel"

"Overall we had a good stay. There are some suggestions id like to pass on. Bed was hard as a rock. Kitchen was pretty good. Could have more counter space and a coffee maker that was bigger and had auto shutoff. The stovetop had something burnt on the burner so when I cooked it was a little Smokey. Door knob's were broken. The ceiling in the family room had an “attempted fix” from a pretty bad upstairs shower leak. Not currently leaking but not fixed properly. We also wished there was more seating for more family members. House is advertised for a12 person sleeping arrangements which was great. But could only seat 5-6 in family room. Kind of a downfall. We were there with another family and we had to pill kitchen table chairs out to sit. Also wish there were 2 full baths. The powder room was verrrrry small with no counter so that part was tight. Some of us brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink. Lol. Over the house accommodated us for a weekend pretty well. And the area was kinda sketchy but close to Niagara Falls and other things we did. "
