「Convenience to everything」

「They need to leave the pool open late. We stayed here with a youth group from a church out in California, we did wish the pool could have been open more late only because we had church services all day, when we asked nicely to see if they would give us an extra 15 minutes in the pool the lady said No. I get rules are rules but we weren’t asking for all night. The front desk lady then proceeded to stand in front of the water slide and telling us it was time to go, rudely telling us to get out....

「Everything was clean, and the beds where very comfortable. The lady from housekeeping who prepares the breakfast was very helpful and very nice.」

「Maintenance was poor. Both our sinks were clogged with rusty gunk. Arm chairs and some towels were worn through. Carpets dirty in the corners. I felt too uncomfortable to lie down & exercise. The only staff member on-site felt he didn’t have authority to move us to a new room-even with clogged sinks. It took several hours to get offsite managers permission. Bed were good. 「The "hot tub" in the king suite is just a jet bath, and it is awkwardly next to the bed, and not in its own room with ventilation, leaving the room uncomfortably humid. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the soap in the shower was empty. Breakfast was sub-par, and the food inside the heating elements were cold. You are better off eating at the McDonalds or restaurant next door, which is probably what they want you to do. Lighting was poor, and the bulbs were an inconsistent mix of...

「Fun historic property in the heart of old town Logan. Walking distance or short drive to everything. The breakfast was so good, the staff was very nice and professional. It was a busy wedding weekend, so lots of people in and out, but we had no trouble finding parking.」
