Disappointing - no sea view and no kitchenette!!!
Totally false misleading room description - the basic "Double Room, Balcony, Sea View" option was described as "45 square meters" with "sea view" and "kitchenette". The green room (and all rooms on that side) is at most 20 square meters (no way it is 45 sqm). There is absolutely NO sea view as what you see is apartment complex and hills on opposite side. In fact, the sea is behind you so there is no way to see the sea from room balcony (physically impossible). And as for the rooms on the other side of hallway, they also face a steep hill with apartments on other side. So that building with 5 rooms has absolutely no sea view for any of their apartments. Perhaps their other 3 apartments in another building might have had sea view, but certainly not the apartment with green room, yellow room, orange room, etc.
What they call a "kitchenette" is also laughable. Only a small mini-refrigerator inside a closet and a small electric water boiler. No microwave, no stove, no pots/pans or anywhere to cook or wash anything. Seems like the owners were too lazy to properly describe their most basic room option and decided to falsely market it size-wise as having the same sea view/kitchenette options as their most expensive apartment options. The positive reviews are misleading. Read the single tripadvisor review as that fellow also had the same bad experience staying in the green room. In fact, all 3 rooms on that side have no sea view and no kitchenette.
Very disappointing!!!
