"The room was Ok. The hotel staff had an 'I don't care' attitude since its so much in demand hotel. We are pretty sure other hotels around like Judy's Hotel etc. have good accommodations as well. This one had a very cool common terrace with mountain view for all. No breakfast or lunch was included for the high price that we paid"

"We booked this stay for the last night of our anniversary trip! The accommodation is located within the old town, thus no cars are allowed to enter. However the hotel staff had already contacted me far in advance to arrange luggage pick up so arriving to the hotel was very easy! They also arranged a quieter room for us and surprised us with a cake too! We loved the stay, very different to your usual city hotels but regardless it had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and location is quiet yet a stones throw away from tourist spots. "

Situated in aruguably the best and quieter part of Old Town close to a preschool, Amy the owner was a wonderful host who made you feel like you are at home and kindly upgraded us to rooms with breathtaking views of the canal and mountain. We had an amazing and enchanting experience and marked this as a place to definitely revist with our friends and families later in the future! "

"View and service were amazing. There is a bus station in front of the hotel parking from Lijiang old Town. The bus will stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge first, then ending at this hotel. We've spent a night here then took another bus direct to Shangri La the next day. "
