Property was nice looking and clean. Pool was cold and chemicals very heavy in hot tub made our eyes water. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast great.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with several options. The room was not as clean as I would have expected but was not dirty by any means. Mostly just stains on the carpet from pets.

Smelled a bit like they had a a sewage backup and covered it up with tons of fragrance in the air. The second day was not so bad. Overall would stay again if I have to stay in hutch

I was given keys to someone else’s room, went back to the desk and got keys to the correct room that didn’t work. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there was only 2 towels in the bathroom. I had to go back to the desk and get towels.

The front desk staff on Saturday was not helpful at all. I had a broken iron, they said they would check for another but never got back with me. I had to go up to the front desk and ask again. The night we arrived we were supposed to have a crib, they said they couldn’t find any cribs! Don’t advertise that you have them available if you don’t let your staff know where they are

The stay would have been a 100% satisfied but there was no breakfast on Saturday. We had to leave and go by breakfast. Very disappointed.

Amazing front desk staff
Upon arrival, we were told that we did not have a reservation. I contacted hotels.com, and spent the next 20 minutes on a chat with a customer service representative who had absolutely zero authority or ability to do anything other than to tell me 'they are sorry for the inconvenience' but there was nothing he could do other than refund my prepaid room in the next two weeks. Luckily, the staff at the hotel was fantastic, and patiently worked with the CSR from hotels.com, who never provided any guidance or support. The hotel staff was able to assist us, and get our stay arranged. It is rare to find staff this helpful, this persistent, and this accommodating when they could have simply turned us away like the CSR from hotels.com had done.
