Some of the staff are a little rude. Blinds dont do a very good job blocking the light. Dinner is very expensive. Other than that the room was comfortable and large. Property is a stop over for tour bouses so it can get VERY busy. (Which is probably why some of the older stuff are rude and dont care) Make sure you time your breakfast so you miss the tour buses.

Great place near Husavik

Lovely suroundings. Great and modern room. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Nice and professional staff. Only 30 min drive to Husavik.

Comfortable and convenient stay

Lovely staff helpful at check in. Clean property with en suite in cabin. Great breakfast. Free coffee/tea/hot choc and chocolates were a nice touch. Lovely view out of reception area we were able to relax in.

The staff here was great! I accidentally booked the wrong night and they called when we were supposed to be there and totally accommodated us and switched our nights for free and we’re so kind and gracious! It was a very clean and comfortable bed and the breakfast was great too! Would definitely recommend this place!

Our cabin was newly updated. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed breakfast on the property the next morning. The food was great and they offered to pack up some lunches (for a small fee) to take away which was a great lunch option.

Staff, Accommodation and Breakfast was excellent. However, room should have, at the minimum a microwave and a fridge (mini) for the amount charged. When travelling around Iceland, we dont see many stores and restaurants. With special dietary requirements, cooking ur own food is a key.

Tidy, comfortable, new refurbished (?) rooms with all that we needed. Good breakfast and we appreciated the restaurant in the evenings. All the staff were very helpful, and nice to be around. Whilst (of course!) there isn’t much directly around it was well placed to get to Húsavík and then around the diamond circle , for Myvatn, Dettifos, the thermal bathes etc - suited us perfectly !

Great stay! Loved the included breakfast and the option for dinner (did not get to try dinner given our other activities during our stay, but I absolutely would’ve been excited to try it if it worked with our schedule!). The room had the necessities and was a clean and comfortable place to land at the end of the day! Didn’t spend much more time on the property overall, but loved the views and the vibes! Certainly would recommend!
