"Without doubt this is the most luxurious experience I've ever had. My husband and I had two wonderful nights at Rippinvale Retreat in Hanmer Springs. From our arrival when there was home made baking, to wine and canapés at 6pm to chocolates on our pillow at night, our hosts Helen and John, couldn't have made us feel more welcome. "The lady in the reception wasn't very helpful 😕 the room was good and very spacious just the location we weren't happy about, underneath the stairs, cars blocked the path for our trolley with our heavy luggage on it. We used to ask the reception to allow us to leave our heavy luggages in the storage or in looks like small meeting room next to the reception area. That's where we're allowed to put our luggages. But that time we weren't allowed as apparently it is full. i saw it wasnt. The lady wasn't helpful. 😔😔 the lady who took us to the airport was very nice. "
