「OK so there was NO chair in the room so I could eat at a table which was the TV console.The bath room Floor was filthy. Which I cleaned up.The pool was FILTHY also. leaves, sand and very cloudy. Grass was very long, un-cut. My trip purpose was my 5 year old Grand-daughters birthday and she was very EXCITED about me staying at a hotel with a pool. She spent all morning jumping around getting ready to come over and swim. Long story short she could not swim because of the condition of pool. Her DAY...

「I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner...

「The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas.」

「My room is very clean and tidy. The staff are amazing. There are some spots in the hotel that are a little bit worn but nothing terrible. I do wish that the mattress covers for a little bit more plush and I wish the water pressure for the showers was a little bit better. Water was roaring out of the faucet but when turning on the shower, the pressure seemed to disappear. Other than that, I had a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel.」
