"The staff was so kind! However, one of our tv's stopped working early in the night, the beds weren't very soft, the sofa bed was pitiful, and no one could sleep on it. We had trouble with the wifi, the hallways and elevators smelled like cigarette smoke, weed, and bad body odor. Two of our kid's feet were bleeding after they got out of the pool from the bottom pool floor, and there was a sharp ended screw laying on the side of the pool. I would not go back."

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and it cost a little more for that then it would of been for 2 double beds.when we got there they put us in the very back in a room with 2 double beds and would not correct it there was a lot of drug activity people coming in and out all hours..never and I mean never again will I stay there..there was hair all over the beds. The blankets smelled of urine "
