"We liked the spacious clean room areas. We noticed the nice fresh smell right away. The bed was comfortable.
The check in and checkout process went well. The customer service was nice! It was not fancy which is what we were expecting and it was fine with us. The room was cozy and warm on a cold evening. It seems like the thermostat didn't work correctly so it kept right on heating even after it reached the desired temperature! We told the attendant about it so I'm guessing it will get fixed pretty quickly."
