Loved the place but please tell your guest about the hot water and the step when you walk into the elevator. Over all the place was great, clean, very nice people that work there and you will love the rooftop.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very nice and helpful. The beach is right accross the street as well as places to eat. They provide a guest pass to the beach with a. Hair and umbrella. Lastly they are very good at providing transport.

Amazing stay!! Would definitely recommend & re-use
I normally am too lazy to post reviews but thought this one definitely needed a review mention. I was a bit unsure when I initially booked this property as there were mixed reviews abut it, but I was totally pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the property. here is my take on the property: 1. Room facilities: The room was simply amazing with a fully functional kitchen (with fridge, microwave, cooking hob, cooking vessels, cutlery, plates etc) which was a big blessing given I was travelling with a 7 year old who is a picky eater & vegetarian. The room sizes were big with a large bedroom & a separate kitchen diner room. The rooms were clean & bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious & clean and the room even had a balcony with a wonderful sit-out with chairs & table. 2. Location: The location is absolutely amazing as there are many shops & restaurants as soon as you step out of the property. There is a 24 hour supermarket for anything you would need if you intended to want to make something for yourself back in the room. Also there a number of public beaches just a 2-5 min walk from the property. the property is also very close to the airport which is just a 10 mins drive. 3. Staff: The staff in particular were very amazing & helpful. Special mention for Maged who went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible 4. Price: For the price advertised for this property, the facilities, rooms & location is just too good.

The suits are extremely nice and very affordable. The view was great and you are granted free access to the beach and roof top. The location is at the heart of the Sheraton street so plenty of options for dining and shopping. Taha (manager) went above and beyond to help with anything and everything. Overall would highly recommend the suite

Pretty and functional, but some issues
The good ----------- Looks like this hotel has just been refurbished (or just opened). Everything has been beautifully done. Looks like the place has even more potential as they're planning to open additional facilities on the roof (like a restaurant). The staff here were excellent, beyond helpful and accommodating. I'd be giving a far worse score here if it weren't for the staff. The location is good, with free access to Orange beach and one other. There's a private elevator which takes you down to the road with the beaches on. The bad --------- I would not recommend the hotel for those needing to work from the room. The WiFi is poor, maybe 2/1.5 (not good enough for calls). The desk in the room is designed such that it'll over balance if you put any weight on the unsupported end (potentially spilling your laptop onto the floor), and there's no power sockets near enough to the desk unless you have an exceptionally long charger. The power sockets in the room (unlike pretty much every other power socket in tourist locations in egypt) do not accept North American plugs, so you'll need adaptors. The inexcusable ------------------- The AC in our room flooded twice, soaking our bags the first time, and the floor the second time. Called the front desk the first time, and they sent someone after 15-20 minutes, didn't bother for the second and just collected the water with towels and saucepans.

Suite large and very clean, modern, king size beds - very comfortable. Panoramic windows in the largest apartments - it's harder to sleep because it's too bright, but I sincerely recommend Redcon

Mega zentral ! Super schöne Einrichtung! Hammer Service! Sehr sehr sauber ! Es war immer jemand da, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Mr. Taha hat sich rund um die Uhr um uns gekümmert und der staff war immer schnell und super freundlich. Über die Lage muss ich nicht sagen. HAMMER! Zu Fuß kommt man überall hin. Sogar zur Marina. Ca 20 min zu Fuß in die Stadt sind es nicht Mals 2 min . Zur mamsha waren es nur 5 min mit dem Taxi. Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit vom Zimmer waren eine 1A. Ich muss sagen das bin ich von Ägypten anders gewohnt. Der Strand war sehr schön und sauber wir hatten zwei verschiedene Strand-Abschnitte. (Eden Beach) fanden wir persönlich viel besser, weil größer und nicht so voll. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Mängel gibt es zum ersten Mal in Ägypten keine :) DANKE !

Très bon rapport qualité/prix
Grand appartement d'un standing supérieur aux hôtels dans la même gamme de prix (mais aussi par rapport à des plus chers), en particulier une vraie douche, ce qui est agréable. Il y a une terrasse agréable sur le toit et l'accès à une plage pas fantastique de l'autre côté de la rue. On entend quand même les klaxons, mais à Hurghada, c'est difficile d'y échapper.

Es ist ein Apartment mittleren Durchschnitts der Service ist absolut in Ordnung. Allerdings sind die Zimmer zur strasse mit Balkon dermaßen laut, dass man nichtmal mit ohropax schlafen kann. Die Fenster haben keinen Schallschutz und es einfach nur Wahnsinnig laut.

Well run hotel with excellent value for money
A very spacious flat with a separate bedroom, living room (both with a TV) and well equipped kitchenette. Nice, huge rooftop terrace with good views. The value for money was superb. If you are a light sleeper, consider that the hotel is next to a busy street (rooms with "Hadba view") and there are also some nightclubs nearby. I didn't have problems with that though. You get a free access to two beaches which are right next-door. I didn't try them.

Extrêmement déçu par cet résidence hôtelière! J’avais choisi cet hôtel en me fiant aux jolies photos des chambres mais j’ai été extrêmement déçu lors de mon arrivée par l’accueil froid du maître d’hôtel… Mais le plus grave n’est pas là! L’hôtel n’est pas aux normes sécuritaires! Une marche d’environ 5 Cm se trouve juste devant l’ascenseur. Ce qui a eu pour conséquence une chute de ma femme enceinte en sortant de l’ascenseur. Nous avons informés le maître d’hôtel, Tahar, en le prévenant du niveau de dangerosité de cet agencement et des conséquences de cette chute qui a provoqué une entorse et qui bloqué la suite du séjour, mais celui ci n’a même pas daigné nous fournir une pommade et un bandage et s’est énervé quand nous lui avons demandé un geste commercial en guise de dédommagement pour l’annulation des différentes activités du fait de l’entorse provoquée par cette marche dont la présence devant un ascenseur n’est pas normal, illogique et dangereuse !!

Im Herzen von Hurghada City
Direkt im Zentrum gelegenes Haus an der Strandstrasse und vielen Restaurants, Bars und Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten uns Supermarkt für Lebensmittel. Die Studios sind relativ klein. Deshalb unbedingt mit Balkon buchen. Kleines Badezimmer. Zweckmässige Küche mit fast allem ausgerüstet. 2 Herdplatten und Micro Ofen. Meersicht mit Morgensonne (nicht im Winter). Schöner Strandzugang gleich über die Strasse! Super hilfsbereite Staff! Alle 3 Tage wird das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt
