「Everything was good except they did not properly instruct our non speaking taxi driver that they arranged for transport to Hanoi airport and he took us to the wrong terminal after giving them correct information. Very annoying」

「The room was clean, up to date, and bed was comfortable. Security and staff were very courteous. Was walkable to several restaurants. There is a wonderful Indian restaurant within walking distance as well as coffee shops. Around the corner is a restaurant with an American breakfast on the menu.
