Due to Interstate Road construction the staff took extreme efforts to make guests comfortable. My room was sparkling and in perfect order upon arrival. The front desk was gracious and welcoming. Staff was friendly and accommodating.I will stay her again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean. Lots of construction in the area and not a lot of walkable options but if you have a vehicle or are visiting someone local, it’s a great site and easily accessible location. Will stay again!

Huntsville Studio 6

Very friendly receptionist. The hotel is very run down. The room had a bathroom needing a new shower head and broken toilet lid that would slide off the edge. Kitchen area was dusty and had crumbs from previous guests. Room had string cigareyte scent even though stated smoke free. Floors were not clean.

The room is crawling with small roaches. I checked in very late and was unable to find another room so I could leave. Restless night. The toilet would not flush. And I’m having to step on small roaches and smush them on the walls. Trying to keep my things together and closed so nothing crawls in and go home with me. I now realize it’s an extended stay motel but it shouldn’t have so many bugs. Room also smells like cigarettes so I’ve had a headache all night. Your staff was wonderful. It was a great check in experience. And that’s also what deterred me from asking for a refund and leaving. If it wasn’t for your front desk employee. She’s great at customer service. She’s a keeper but please let go of your infestation. I come to Huntsville for my daughter who is attending college, I will not be staying here again.

we hit town right after a really bad storm, which meant the town was full of evacuees and power linesmen. Luckily i had pre reserved but that meant they had to evict someone :.( and made getting our room later than promised.. BUT that was ok. the room as far as i was concerned very nice. woulda made a cute apartment. quiet. bed was comfortable coffee was good i'll be back

The lady at the front desk was a huge help and very nice. My roon on the other hand was horrible. The bathroom, floors and hand grease were on the doors. I was ready to put all that aside when I pulled the covers down and I have dead bugs in the bed. Not only dead bugs on bed but some sort of white powder at the head of the bed with more dead bugs. If I could post pictures I would.

Filthy room there was still trash in the garbage can wet used towels on the floor and the bed wasn't made. You can smell marijuana smoke just walking by many of the rooms and the people smoking it outside. Honestly the room is already paid for and I was dead tired from a long trip and I just needed to rest my head so basically I went in clean the bed off good enough to where I could sleep on it took a nap and left I will never go to this place again the pictures are lies. I will say that the lady who checked us in was very nice but the woman who was supposed to clean the room failed their job. It was the most expensive 4-Hour nap and short stay I've ever had in my life
