"I had a major issue with my room, I’m not going to go into detail. The staff was more than helpful and made things right as best as possible. This is a newer hotel in Oak Ridge, so the property is really nice. The staff is very nice. "

"Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem was the shower handle was broken and my options were to stay up late to have them fix it (we checked at 9:30pm), let them in the room in the morning to fix it and not get back on the road the next day until well past when we had planned, or move to a different room after we already had all our “stuff” unpacked. If the broken handle, which I’m sure is not normal for them, was functioning properly I’d probably have given 4.5 stars as the room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was just so-so, but everything else was very pleasant. "
