「I chose this property because according to the description, I could get two connecting rooms. I had sent a message to the property when I booked the rooms requesting connecting rooms. When I arrived for check-in, they could not accommodate my request because they were overbooked. I had 4 children with me and the best they could do was put the kids on floor 3 and myself on floor 6, I was shocked and not happy. Luckily, there were no mishaps and being on two different floors worked out, but...

「Expensive parking . Too many kids in diapers peeing and poo the hot tub . Hot tub are Not for kids . A lot of money for partial ocean view I have parking view . I like to recognize 2 employees Teresa front desk and Patrick or Peter he knows about dogs on Monday morning he set my car my dog stairs ! Was a wedding on Saturday they charge you more I like more the weekdays here than weekends」

The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.」
