「We arrived about 1:00 pm. I was aware the check in time was 4:00 pm the customer service rep told me my room just needed to be checked. We told her we would go to lunch. After lunch the room still wasn’t ready. It’s was 4:15 when I was able to get into my room. During that time there wasn’t any where to change to onto the beach or pool except the bathroom. 「Was a good place to stay great location and nice hotel. Dog friendly and dogs everywhere. Some of the entitled dog owners make it drop a stars. When getting coffee in the morning and dog owner is allowing dog to lick the honey and such is a turnoff. I still rate as a 4 star out of 5.」
