「We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible.
What really stood out was the level of customer service. Everyone we interacted with was professional and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere...
「Upon entering the hotel the lobby was nicely fragrant. Desk staff were friendly Most notable was the great shower pressure- delightful. 「There was an overall sense of dirtyness. The door deadbolt didn't work, the toilet seat was loose, the elevator quit working the day after my arrival and needed to carry suitcase down the stairs from the third floor. The shower pressure was good and the bed didn't have bad smell. Expensive for what it is.」
「Lots of charm in this old historic building. Much appreciated was the modern bathroom. Very clean. Loved sitting on the piazzas with a complimentary coffee/tea or glass of wine. A/C worked very well and plenty of parking. Enjoyed our stay!」
