"Family run hotel in village location overlooking stunning scenery. The rooms were very large in a traditional country style with big modern bathrooms all being exceptionally clean. All staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet with large selection of quality ingredients, choice of freshly prepared fried or scrambled eggs every day. Good choice of places to eat out locally or in the nearest towns. The added benefit was that our 2no dogs were allowed in the hotel for an additional cost. Very good wi-fi."

"The stay was very enjoyable. The views and surroundings are beautiful. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. We also enjoyed the spa and only comment we have is that we wished the jacuzzi water should be warmer. In addition, we were surprised that at the 4 star hotel there was no bottled water available in the room."

"We had an amazing stay at the Ferienhotel Knollhof and wouldnt hesitate to stay again or recommend it! Lovely clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff and the location is fantastic with a breathtaking view of the mountains!! "Wonderful apartment. However be careful booking ‘premium apartment’ as we booked the 1356 sq ft apartment and were given keys for the 700 sq ft apartment. No staff on duty when we arrived so spent first night in smaller apartment, which was very disappointing as we only had 3 nights and had driven for 2 days to get there. Otherwise highly recommend "
