「Vale lo que cuesta porque esta donde esta en el oasis pero la habitacion deja mucho que desear para ser 100$ la noche. No hay no siquiera una neverita para dejar enfriar las botellas de agua ni telefono para llamar a recepción. Se nos fue la luz por la tarde aunque lo solucionaron rapido. Es muy ruidoso ya que la ventana y la puerta de la hab dan al pasillo exterior y las paredes son de papel. Se escucha todo. No hay ascensor. Las piscinas estan bien.」

「This is a large hotel with many activities, music, and a swimming pool. The staff are not very attentive. The price on the app was 714 soles for 2 nights, but upon arrival they charged 854 soles due to additional taxes, which is quite unreasonable. I’ve booked many hotels in Peru through apps before and have never been charged extra taxes like this」

「The hotel is not what we were told. There were no covers on the windows, the pool is under construction. We were misled on this hotel. Very disappointing. The only saving grace was the nice ladies who brought the coffee in the morning. The hotel should not rent until the property is ready.」

「Everything about this place is excellent! From super clean rooms with fresh smelling sheets/pillows, a fan in the room which helps with some relief from the desert heat, the food from the restaurant is a fair price and absolutely delicious! We had more than one excellent conversation with Eduardo about local history, spirituality, and about our home country Canada 🇨🇦 I absolutely recommend renting the gear to try your hand at sandboarding if you are able as it is a beyond exhilarating...

「The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect.」
