"Cancelled my reservation last minute even though the payment was made and the money were taken out of my bank account I stayed in the streets with my two kids at 1:00 am midnight and we had no where to go Luckily expedia contacted with and managed to get me my money So over all it was terrible 👎"

"Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay."

"사진보다 더 고급스럽고 깨끗했어요.. 우리가 2주동안 머물렀는데.. 개미도 안보이고 바퀴벌레 딱 1마리 아주 작은거 있었어요.. 8층 수영장도 좋았고.. 저녁수영은 멋졌어요( 밤10시까지 가능) 주위환경도 멋진 레스토랑들이 많아서 좋았어요.. 페트로나스 타워는 걸어서 25분 걸렸어요.. 퀼몰(nsk)이 가까워서 이것저것하기 좋았어요^^"

"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"The room was very nice ,however from time to time it has some smell. I cleaned the room myself every 2nd day. I had to open the window inorder not to have that smell. It seem the smell is from the bathroom. Its away from all major places ."
