The worst motel i ever tried . We booked 2 nights and we couldn’t stay more than one night . The air conditioner is terrible , the staff is terrible, and there was small insects on the bed. We couldn’t stay more than one night and they refused to repay us any money so we left to other hotel

We arrived via the hotels airport transfers. They knew we were coming. the reception area had carpets folded back and cleaning in progress, i did trip over the carpet. We were given our room and not advised that it had a substantial leaking wall. It rained all night and when i woke in the morning the room was flooed and my suitcase very wet. I then noticed that the desk and wardrobe had water sodden damage that was not new. I questioned the reception staff in the morning to ascertain if they were fully booked the evening that we stayed, whilst her understanding of English was not very good, i enquired if they knew in advance that the walls leaked in that room or maybe all rooms? Why did they accommodate us in that room! When we checked out there was more cleaning going on in reception, vacuuming noisy one would think that they could wait until after guests check out to continue with an area that had been cleaned the night before. It is a small pokey hotel and not worth the money spent.

A bit misleading on the room

The stay was fine but I booked for three people, one adult and two teens, 14 & 16. When I arrived I was told the room wasn’t big enough for three unless I paid for an extra bed. The hotels.com site was misleading in this regard. It was also an interesting set up with 4 guest rooms opening onto a common space, it worked out alright but again not clear on hotels.com

Helt okej hotell. Skönt med pool på taket, men i övrigt är det för dyrt för vad du får. Rumme är inget speciellt eller hotellet i övrigt. Bra restaurang i lobbyn dock.

Perfect Hotel for Stopover

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem öffentlichen Strand. Die Zimmer nach vorne raus haben tollen Meerblick. Die günstigeren Zimmer haben Blick auf eine nicht so schöne Baustelle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Transfer zum Flughafen kann über das Hotel organisiert werden und dauert nur wenige Minuten. Zur Fähre nach Male läuft man etwa 20 Minuten. Das Hotel ist ideal wenn man eine Zwischenübernachtung benötigt und in Flughafennähe bleiben möchte.

sky view suite incorrect/misleading advertizing

I must acknowledge the cleanliness of the premise and the top service and customer attentiveness. Nonetheless, the booked Sky View Suite turned out to be a small single double room. Amenities like balcony/patio, living/relax room, any view were missing or to be understood as being part of a common room accessible to all 3-4 "suite" rooms on the same floor. Especially the "view" was a nice yellow outside wall of an other part of the hotel, approx 1-2 m away from the window. Not even the sky could be seen from there (except after an acrobatic move ...) Hotel is by no means worth the claimed five stars.

Do never stay there.

We stayed there for the night as our flight arrived too late to make it to the sea plane to our hotel. This place is a residence of somebody who turned some of the rooms into "guest rooms." Dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty floor. Be aware.
