"The staff were great at communicating with us and easing our concerns about travelling with a 15 year old and a 10 year old. They had heaters and extra blankets, hot water bottles, a kettle, fridge and hair dryer. They had heaters views were spectacular and it wasn’t too scary getting to our capsule. ..."
