"Wanted to get away for a bit and this hotel made me feel like I was not in east texas. It is new and very nice. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Zee was very welcoming! We enjoyed the pool area as well as the bar specials. My room was nice, comfy and clean. They do have things inside the hotel room for cooking if you would like to do so as well! I have recommended it to anyone that asked and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!"

"This is an outstanding mid-level hotel! The room was very clean and new. Prices were very reasonable and lower than most others. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with a great restaurant recommendation on the square in downtown. Breakfast was great tasting with lots of variety (waffles, cage free eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurts, cereal, fruit, and more. Bed was comfortable and room as quiet as you typically find in a hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if passing...
