「Good clean room very comfortable will stay again」

「My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was the first time that we stayed at this hotel and we would definitely visit again. We had some hiccups along our road trip before arriving at the hotel and it was lovely to be greeted with a smile and OUTSTANDING customer service by Alex when we made it in. She set the tone for our visit at the hotel. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to many stores. 」

「I incorrectly booked a smoking room. The front desk staff went to lengths to correct this for me. They were near capacity but made it work. I wanted to extend my stay and again, they made it happen even though they were near capacity. The staff were excellent. 」
