「Hardware: the hotel is classic as a colonial style, good condition and spacious. Software: reception and the welcome manager are nice and friendly. They gave us a lot of local visit advices and logistic suggestion, even though we didn’t choose to use their service. It is convenience to take taxi (US$1) to the centre for dinning, by walk is 30 mins.」

「Great hotel in a nice, quiet area in Hue. The staff was amazing also. I booked only 1 night. But that first night there I had a medical emergency - kidney stone attack - and the night manager rushed me to the international hospital’s ER in town for treatment. He even stuck around with me longer than he needed to ensure I was ok and made sure I had a room for the next day once I was discharged. Excellent level of service and hospitality, kind staff, and a clean, quiet and beautiful hotel!」

But Sunny was so kind and very interested in my travels and making sure I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was VERY clean and so fancy. The bed was so comfortable. There was even a tiny balcony! The location was ok. Hard to walk to any good restaurants. There were two across the street. I didnt eat there. There is karaoke every night across the street! Ugh. 「Our adjoining rooms were very good. One room had a badly leaking AC (all over the floor) but they were quick to clean it up and fix the problem. Staff were friendly. Really good breakfast buffet with many options and a beautiful room where it is served next to the pool. 」
