The location was excellent for dining options, the big market and night life (busy, lively and so much fun). The hotel is very clean and service was great. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful in providing info with respect to pretty much everything Hue has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic! Must stay in Hue

Jade Hotel is SUPERB. The price was fantastic, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were some of the friendliest we have come across during our trip. The hotel is perfectly located to explore Hue on foot and served us a delicious breakfast, even preparing us something to take for our early train on the day of check out. Could not recommend more!

Excellent breakfasts, a choice of western or Vietnamese food. Super friendly staff who helped organize our onward travel. They also offered to cook a light diet for my husband when he arrived feeling unwell. A good location 20 mins walk from the Citadel. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic time at Jade Hotel. Alice and Miss Lam in reception were amazing, very friendly and helpful. All staff were great. Convenient location, walkable to many attractions. My bed was so comfortable with nice pillows as well. The rain shower worked very well, the A/C worked well and TV had many English Movies. I will definitely stay again next time in Hue. Great staff members, very helpful, they recommended many good places to visit at eat at. We had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast started and they packed us a breakfast to go which was excellent and not expected at all.

Great small hotel, excellent staff.

Hotel is well located. We arrived very early so rooms not ready but you could leave your luggage and have a shower. Twin rooms were clean with all things you would need. Breakfast was a choice of eggs, fruit, juice and coffee, all good. The staff were a delight, always eager to help and very kind. A great little hotel for the money. Thank you all

The service from the staff was exceptional!!!! Definitely worth coming back Only quirk I have is that the hotel also has the key card electric lockout. This should be something that Expedia should identify. It’s a difference maker

Property is very basic and falling apart in some areas however the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice with a lovely sea view as is on the sea front. Staff were helpful and breakfast provided (pancakes etc.) set us up for the day.

Nice little budget hotel centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, near the Perfume river and walking street..lots of eateries, clothing and footwear stores. Rooms are spacious and clean, mattresses very comfy. A/C is quiet and efficient, large rooms with fridge and flatscreen cable TV. Only drawback is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage ask for a room on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for short stays.👍👍

Wow! Fantastic service and help! Very good value for the price. Room was decent, bed not to hard or soft, bathroom could be better. The great experience started when asking for tips through Facebook and until we were dropped off in other city by driver booked at hotel. Good location too! They came with cold water for us in reception area multiple times. Highly recommend!

Our room was not available for the first night as a guest was unwell and overstayed. The staff found us another hotel, we were disappointed as it was not as nice as Jade. They then made it up to us with a free bf and reimbursed the difference in the hotel payments. We had some issue with our transport to our next destination not turning up. The staff went above and beyond to help us try and sort it out and eventually booking someone else. The hospitality was above and beyond!!!
