"There was only one desk person, poor guy had a line and a phone ringing off the hook, not his fault that management doesn't staff well. He was cheerful and helpful in spite of his work situation. The shower leaked, had no shelves for any toiletries and the room was dirty. Also, what is with the heavy doors, every time people left rooms all down the hallway they slammed. You could also hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms. It worked for a quick emergency in a snow storm but won't make my return visit list."

"Bath & toilet area very tight, the back of the bathroom door was peeling off and the sink faucet was loose. Room looked clean, bedding didn’t smell fresh. "

"The staff were so incredibly welcoming and kind. We arrived just in time for the happy hour kick back and enjoyed free snack foods and drinks. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids to get energy out before bed. Nice spot to stay as we ended our trip with an easy drive to the airport in the morning."

"The shuttle bus was convenient and easy to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, when we signed in the shuttle the next day was booked for when we needed to leave so had to take the earlier one and missed the breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming. "

"My favorite DIA hotel. Clean, light, bright, excellent bed, adjacent to the Doubletree where you can find great food and even wine and meals to take back to the Spark. Very reasonable price, less than well known nearby hotels. Very happy."
